Privacy and legal notice

There is no account, no cart, no form and no newsletter. Nothing is asked of you, so nothing is kept: no name, no email, no address, no phone number.

There are no cookies — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. That is also why no consent banner greets you: there would be nothing to consent to.

Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site. Nothing is loaded from Google, Facebook, an ad network or an analytics tool. Your visit is reported to no one.

One exception, and it is yours to make: if you follow the link to Fred's Facebook page, you leave this site and Facebook's rules apply from there, not ours.

Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps technical logs: IP address, page requested, time of request, browser type. Those logs exist to run and secure the site, they are not used to profile you, and the host purges them automatically.

That is the bare minimum a web server needs. We add nothing to it.

When you phone Fred or message him on Facebook, the exchange happens outside this site. What you tell him serves to answer you, and nothing else: nothing is sold, nothing is passed on, nothing feeds a mailing list.

You may ask him at any time to delete what he holds about you.

Online purchase is not open yet. When it is, this site will collect what a delivery requires — name, email, address — and nothing more. This page will be rewritten before that, not after, and will state exactly what is kept, for how long, and how to have it erased.

In the meantime, no order can be placed on this site.

All works reproduced on this site are by FRED (Denis Fréchette) and protected by copyright. Images are published at reduced resolution, enough for a screen and not for print. Reproducing, redistributing or using them commercially without written permission is not allowed.

Sharing a link to a page of this site, on the other hand, is welcome.
